Description
The rack controller system, model RCS-130, uses a passive backplane which will accommodate up to ten channel cards, model RCS-110, and one discriminator card, model RCS-120. The RCS-130 is designed to work in conjunction with an SIF-653 interface card. These components can be used as part of a complete system, for research purposes, or to upgrade an existing system.
Channel card, model RCS-110:
Each channel card provides high voltage, amplification, and two independent single-channel analyzers. The high voltage and gains are manually adjusted on the card. The two SCAs can be used to provide amplitude discrimination between alpha and beta signals.
Discriminator card, model RCS-120:
The discriminator card provides four independent discriminator voltages to the channel cards in the same rack. Each voltage is individually programmed by the computer. The discriminator levels can also be adjusted manually.
Applications
The rack controller system, model RCS-130 can be used as part of a complete system, for research purposes, or to upgrade an existing system.
TSA can also supply custom software for specific applications, including a comprehensive list of commands for customer use.
